Unless an @ is embedded within a reply, its challenging to know when a question or other comment you created has been replied to. A notification that there has been a change in the comment would be extremely helpful to support a variety of asynchronous workflows utilizing comments.

We have users that hit the + link out of curiosity but then do not actually put anything in the auto generated diagram. The result is a lot of empty diagrams we have to go in and clean up. It would be nice if there was a way to limit this or put new diagrams in an unsaved state and ask the user if they want to save when they navigate away or exit,
